N.Y. Real Property Tax Law § 2004: Preservation of rights of state

§ 2004. Preservation of rights of state. 2. This chapter shall not

affect the manner or time of payment of amounts payable to the state by

certain counties on account of bonds issued for highway construction

purposes pursuant to chapter four hundred sixty-nine of the laws of

nineteen hundred six, as amended.
