N.Y. Retirement & Social Security Law § 165: Rules and regulations

§ 165. Rules and regulations. The comptroller shall prescribe such

rules and regulations as may be required for the effective

administration of the provisions of this article relating to

supplemental pension payments to state retired teachers and state

retired employees.
