N.Y. Retirement & Social Security Law § 166: Information to be furnished to comptroller

§ 166. Information to be furnished to comptroller. The comptroller

shall have authority to require any department or agency of the state to

furnish him with such records, information and data as he may need to

carry out the provisions of this article.
