N.Y. Social Services Law § 414: Any person permitted to report

§ 414. Any person permitted to report. In addition to those persons

and officials required to report suspected child abuse or maltreatment,

any person may make such a report if such person has reasonable cause to

suspect that a child is an abused or maltreated child.
