N.Y. State Finance Law § 48: Travel expenses for officers and employees

§ 48. Travel expenses for officers and employees. Except as otherwise

provided by law, payments for the travel expenses of officers or

employees shall be only for actual and necessary expenses incurred in

the performance of official duties.
