N.Y. Transportation Law § 220: Short title

§ 220. Short title. This article shall be known as the "grade crossing

elimination act of nineteen hundred seventy." However, sections of the

transportation law falling within this article may be cited either as

sections of the transportation law or as sections of the "grade crossing

elimination act of nineteen hundred seventy."
