N.Y. Volunteer Ambulance Workers' Benefit Law § 56: Non-duplication of benefits

§ 56. Non-duplication of benefits. If benefits are required to be paid

under this chapter in the event of injury to or death of a volunteer

ambulance worker, the volunteer ambulance worker or other persons

entitled to such benefits shall not receive workers' compensation under

the provisions of the workers' compensation law in relation to such

injury or death.
