N.Y. Volunteer Ambulance Workers' Benefit Law § 57: Miscellaneous provisions

§ 57. Miscellaneous provisions. The provisions of article seven of the

workers' compensation law which are not inconsistent with the provisions

of this chapter shall be applicable as if fully set forth herein. The

reference to sections twenty-five-a and fifty of the workers'

compensation law in section one hundred twenty-three of the workers'

compensation law shall be deemed to refer to sections fifty-one and

thirty of this chapter.
