N.Y. Workers' Compensation Law § 110-b: Reporting of injuries to employer

§ 110-b. Reporting of injuries to employer. Every farm labor

contractor, foreman or supervisor of farm laborers who has notice of any

injury to a farm laborer incurred during the course of employment shall

be required to inform the employer, owner or operator of a farm of any

such injury.
