A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the procedures for the establishment and operation of city business improvement districts

§ 2. Section three of local law number two of nineteen hundred eighty-two is REPEALED.

§ 3. This local law shall take effect immediately and shall be retroactive to and shall be deemed to have been in full force and effect on and after August second, nineteen hundred eighty-five.
