A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to computing entire net income, for purposes of the city general corporation tax, without the deduction of foreign taxes and without the inclusion of any dividend deemed paid by a foreign corporation pursuant to section seventy-eight of the internal revenue code

§ 3. This local law shall take effect immediately and shall apply to all fiscal and calendar years beginning on and after January first, nineteen hundred eighty-five.
