A Local Law to amend local law 89 of 1989, in relation to the operation or horse drawn cabs

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

Section 1. Section 12 of local law 89 of 1989 is amended to read as follows:

§ 12. This local law shall take effect immediately, except that section eight hereof shall take effect ninety days after enactment, and this local law shall expire [four years from the date of enactment] December 31, 1993.

§ 2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
