A Local Law in relation to the provision of a retirement incentive for certain employees of the city of New York.

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

Section 1. Subject to the provisions of chapter 12 of the laws of 1995 as further amended by chapters 84, 143 and 189 of the laws of 1995, the retirement incentive authorized by such acts is made available to employees of the city of New York (as defined in subdivision d of section 4) who meet the criteria set forth in such acts. The open period, as defined in subdivision j of section 1, shall commence on October 2, 1995 and end on December 1, 1995.

§ 2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
