A Local Law in relation to approval of the application of 183 Services Inc. for authorization to increase the service area in the Boroughs of Brooklyn and Manhattan in which they provide commuter van services

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

Section 1. The determination of the taxi and limousine commission to authorize the operation of commuter van services as hereafter indicated is approved.

1. To and from a residential area in Brooklyn bounded on the north by 43rd Street, on the east by 12th Avenue, on the south by Bay Ridge Avenue and on the west by Fourth Avenue.

2. To and from the area in Manhattan bounded on the north by Hester Street, on the east by Bowery, on the south by Worth Street and on the west by Baxter Street.
