A Local Law in relation to the approval of the application of U.C. Columbus Radio Dispatch, Inc., submitted as U.S. Columbus Radio Dispatch, for the renewal of a license to operate a base station in the borough of Manhattan.

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

Section one. The application of U.C. Columbus Radio Dispatch, Inc., submitted as U.S. Columbus Radio Dispatch, for the renewal of a license to operate a base station at 929 Amsterdam Avenue in the borough of Manhattan, which application was approved by the taxi and limousine commission, is hereby approved.

§ 2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
