A Local Law in relation to the approval of the application of Finest Messenging Service, Inc., submitted as Finest Messinging Service, Inc., for the renewal of a license to operate a base station in the borough of Brooklyn.

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

Section one. The application of Finest Messenging Service, Inc., submitted as Finest Messinging Service, Inc., for the renewal of a license to operate a base station, at 1993 McDonald Avenue in the borough of Brooklyn, which application was approved by the taxi and limousine commission, is hereby approved.

§ 2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
