A Local Law in relation to the approval of a determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by Gold Class Radio Dispatcher Inc. for a license to operate a new base station in the borough of The Bronx.

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

Section one. The determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by Gold Class Radio Dispatcher Inc. for a license to operate a new base station at 861 East 149th Street in the borough of The Bronx is hereby approved.

§ 2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
