A Local Law in relation to the approval of a determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by Midwood Wheels, Inc., also known as Midwood Wheels, for a license to operate a new base station in the borough of Brooklyn.

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

Section one. The determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by Midwood Wheels, Inc., also known as Midwood Wheels, for a license to operate a new base station at 1540 Coney Island Avenue in the borough of Brooklyn is hereby approved.

§ 2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
