Ohio Rev. Code § 3902.631: Reimbursement for certified registered nurse anesthetist services.

(A) A health benefit plan issued, amended, or renewed on or after the effective date of this section that provides coverage for a health service that a certified registered nurse anesthetist is authorized to perform pursuant to section 4723.43 of the Revised Code shall not differentiate in the reimbursement rate for such a service based on whether the service was provided by a certified registered nurse anesthetist or by a physician licensed under under Chapter 4731. of the Revised Code.

(B) Nothing in this section shall be construed as prohibiting a health benefit plan from establishing variable reimbursement rates based on quality or performance measures.
