Ohio Rev. Code § 4744.40: Authority to contract.

The state speech and hearing professionals board may enter into contracts with any person or government entity to implement this chapter and Chapters 4747. and 4753. of the Revised Code, the rules adopted under those chapters, any other applicable statutes or rules, and any applicable federal statutes or regulations.
