Ohio Rev. Code § 4744.48: Membership in national organization.

The state speech and hearing professionals board may become a member of a national licensing organization for the professions regulated by the board. The board may participate in any of the organization's activities, including reporting actions the board takes against an applicant or license holder to any data bank established by the organization.
