Ohio Rev. Code § 4928.545: Percentage of income payment plan rider administration.

The public utilities commission shall administer the percentage of income payment plan rider established under section 4928.52 of the Revised Code, including by performing periodic audits of each electric distribution utility's percentage of income payment plan rider.

The commission shall adopt rules for the administration of the percentage of income payment plan rider and shall cooperate with, and provide such assistance to, the director of job and family services as the director requires for administration of the low-income customer assistance programs.
