Ohio Rev. Code § 4928.55: Energy efficiency and weatherization program.

The director of job and family services shall establish an energy efficiency and weatherization program targeted, to the extent practicable, to high-cost, high-volume use structures occupied by customers eligible for the percentage of income payment plan program, with the goal of reducing the energy bills of the occupants. Acceptance of energy efficiency and weatherization services provided by the program shall be a condition for the eligibility of any such customer to participate in the percentage of income payment plan program.
