Ohio Rev. Code § 5103.0314: Recommending agencies ineligible for reimbursement.

The department of children and youth shall adopt rules regarding the compensation of a recommending agency for any training the agency requires a foster caregiver to undergo as a condition of the agency recommending the department certify the foster caregiver's foster home under section 5103.03 of the Revised Code if the training is in excess of the training required under section 5103.031 of the Revised Code.

The department of children and youth shall adopt rules regarding the compensation of a recommending agency for any training the agency requires a foster caregiver to undergo as a condition of the agency recommending the department continue certifying the foster caregiver's foster home under section 5103.03 of the Revised Code if the training is in addition to the minimum training required under section 5103.032 of the Revised Code.
