Ohio Rev. Code § 5103.0315: Federal financial participation in payment of training costs.

The department of children and youth shall seek federal financial participation for the cost of making payments under section 5103.0312 of the Revised Code and allowances under sections 5103.0313 and 5103.303 of the Revised Code. The department shall notify the governor, president of the senate, minority leader of the senate, speaker of the house of representatives, and minority leader of the house of representatives of any proposed federal legislation that endangers the federal financial participation.
