That portion of the road known as state route number ninety-three, running in a northerly and southerly direction in the municipal corporation of New Franklin only, shall be known as the "PFC Burt "Rusty" Miller Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
