Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.38: Lcpl Bret M. Poklar Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as state route two, commencing at the interchange of that state route and state route three hundred six and proceeding in a westerly direction to the interchange of state route two and Lost Nation road, in Lake county only, shall be known as "Lcpl Bret M. Poklar Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
