Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.422: Firefighter Tommy Rees Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number one hundred forty-two, between interstate route number seventy and United States route number forty, in Madison county, shall be known as the "Firefighter Tommy Rees Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
