Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.423: Patrolman James R. Wert Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number eighty-eight between Loomis parkway and state route number fourteen, in Portage county, shall be known as the "Patrolman James R. Wert Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
