Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.648: Army Lt. Col. Robert R. Melnick Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound lanes of state route number eleven between interstate route number seventy-six and United States route number sixty-two, in Mahoning county, shall be known as the "Army Lt. Col. Robert R. Melnick Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
