Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.841: SFC Ron Rosser Medal of Honor Recipient Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed by the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of interstate route number seventy, between mile marker one hundred thirty-two and mile marker one hundred thirty-three, in Licking county only, shall be known as the "SFC Ron Rosser Medal of Honor Recipient Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
