Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.842: SSG Garren Ray Goudy Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number seven between the northern border of the municipal corporation of Powhatan Point and Pipe creek road, in Belmont county, shall be known as the "SSG Garren Ray Goudy Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
