Okla. Stat. tit. 10, § 10-7700-506: Payment of costs of testing

A. Subject to assessment of costs under Article 6 of the

Uniform Parentage Act, the cost of initial genetic testing shall be

advanced by the Department of Human Services in a proceeding in

which the Department is providing services.

B. In cases in which the Department of Human Services is not

providing services, the cost of initial genetic testing shall be

advanced:

1. By the individual who made the request;

2. As agreed by the parties; or

3. As ordered by the court.

C. In cases in which the cost is advanced by the Department of

Human Services, the Department may seek reimbursement from a man who

is identified as the father.
