Okla. Stat. tit. 12, § 12-91: Actions barred not revived

Any right of action, which shall have been barred by any statute

heretofore in force, shall not be deemed to be revived by the

provisions of this article, nor shall the prior statutes of

limitation be extended as to any cause of action which has accrued

prior to the time this article shall take effect.
