Okla. Stat. tit. 12, § 12-92: Limitations applicable

Civil actions can only be commenced within the periods

prescribed in this article, after the cause of action shall have

accrued; but where, in special cases, a different limitation is

prescribed by statute, the action shall be governed by such

limitation.
