Okla. Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-3-817: Application of act

The changes in law made by this act apply only to a consumer

litigation funding agreement entered into on or after the effective

date of this act. A consumer litigation funding agreement entered

into before the effective date of this act is governed by the law in

effect on the date the agreement was entered into, and the former

law is continued in effect for that purpose. Nothing in this act

shall in any way affect or invalidate any consumer litigation

funding agreement previously effectuated prior to the effective date

of this act.
