Okla. Stat. tit. 17, § 17-504: Utilization of brine rights - Application - Solution gas

owners as respondents.

A. A party desiring to unitize brine rights shall file with the

Corporation Commission an application setting forth a description of

the proposed unit area with a map or plat thereof attached. The

application shall allege the existence of the facts required to be

found by the Commission as provided in Section 7 of this act. The

application shall set forth the name and address of each brine owner

within the area affected by the application. Each such person shall

be a respondent to the application. In an application to enlarge

the unit area, brine owners within the existing unit and brine

owners in the area to be added to the unit shall be respondents to

the application.

B. In the event the brine sought to be unitized is found in

association with solution gas, the application shall set forth the

name and address of each solution gas owner within the area affected

by the application. Each such person shall be a respondent to the

application. In an application to enlarge the unit area, solution

gas owners within the existing unit and solution gas owners in the

area to be added to the unit shall be respondents to the

application.

C. Every application to establish a brine unit shall have

attached thereto a recommended plan of unitization applicable to the

proposed unit area.
