Okla. Stat. tit. 19, § 19-446: Duty of publisher

It shall be the duty of the publisher of the newspaper selected

to publish any proceedings of the board of commissioners, to cause

the proceedings as aforesaid received by him from any county clerk,

to be published within ten (10) days after receipt thereof.
