Okla. Stat. tit. 19, § 19-447: Board to furnish supplies to officers

The board of commissioners shall, at the expense of the county,

provide suitable cases and other furniture for the safe and

convenient keeping of all the books, documents and papers belonging

to each county officer, and also official seals for each of said

officers, where the same are required by law.
