Okla. Stat. tit. 20, § 20-106.12: Status of certain court reporters

Full-time acting official court reporters employed by the

district court on the effective date of this act who were so

employed on October 6, 1969, are hereby granted the status of

licensed shorthand reporter for the State of Oklahoma.
