Okla. Stat. tit. 20, § 20-106.13: District court shorthand reporters - Status as

certified shorthand reporters.

Full-time licensed shorthand reporters employed by the district

court on the effective date of this act, who were so employed by the

district court on July 1, 1976, are hereby granted the status of

certified shorthand reporters in the State of Oklahoma.
