Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1368: Possession of explosives by convicted felons - Penalty

A. Any person who has been convicted of a felony under the laws

of this or any other state or the laws of the United States who,

with an unlawful intent, is in possession of any explosives, upon

conviction, shall be guilty of a Class B4 felony offense and shall

be punished by a fine of not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars

($5,000.00), or by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for a term

not to exceed ten (10) years, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

B. For purposes of this section, the term “explosive” shall

have the same definition as the term “explosive” as defined by

Chapter 8 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
