Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1621v1: First-, second- and third-degree forgery - Penalties

A. Forgery in the first degree is a felony punishable by

imprisonment in the custody of the Department of Corrections for not

less than seven (7) years nor more than twenty (20) years.

B. Forgery in the second degree is a felony punishable by

imprisonment in the custody of the Department of Corrections for not

more than seven (7) years.

C. Forgery in the third degree is a misdemeanor punishable by

imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one (1) year and a

fine of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
