Okla. Stat. tit. 29, § 29-7-103: Gates Creek Dam

The Gates Creek Dam, created under 29 O.S.1971, Section 741, and

the waters impounded thereby, shall be under the control of the

Department for the benefit of the people of the State of Oklahoma,

and the Commission shall have authority to make reasonable rules and

regulations regarding the use thereof for said purposes.
