Okla. Stat. tit. 29, § 29-7-201: Punishment for violations not otherwise provided for

Any person convicted of violating any section of this Code, for

which there is otherwise no penalty, shall be punished by a fine of

not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars

($100.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail not less than ten

(10) days nor more than thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and

imprisonment.
