Okla. Stat. tit. 29, § 29-7-305: Cooperative wildlife restoration projects

A. The State of Oklahoma hereby assents to the provisions of:

1. The Act of Congress which was approved September 2, 1937,

and is found at 16 U.S.C. Section 669, as amended; and

2. The Act of Congress which was approved August 9, 1950, and

is found at 16 U.S.C. Section 777, as amended.

B. The Commission is hereby authorized, empowered and directed

to perform such acts as may be necessary for the conduct and

establishment of cooperative wildlife restoration projects, as

defined in such respective acts, in compliance with such acts and

the rules and regulations promulgated by the Secretary of the

Interior thereunder.
