Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1250.15: Judicial review

Any insurer affected by an order of the Insurance Commissioner

issued pursuant to the Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act may

seek judicial review of such order by filing a petition in the

District Court of Oklahoma County within thirty (30) days after the

insurer is notified of the order.
