Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1250.14: Violation of act - Penalty

For any violation of the Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act,

the Insurance Commissioner may, after notice and hearing, subject an

insurer to a civil penalty of not less than One Hundred Dollars

($100.00) nor more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for each

occurrence. Such civil penalty may be enforced in the same manner

in which civil judgments may be enforced.
