Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2809: Incidental expenses

The bylaws shall provide for sufficient assessment to pay for

stationery, blanks, printing, postage, viewing and appraising

losses, and such other incidental expenses as may be necessary to

conduct the business of such association.
