Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2810: Compensation of officers

Where this section sits in the code

Compensation of officers shall be as provided in the bylaws, and

shall not exceed the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) per

annum for the president. Compensation of other officers and

employees shall be fixed by the board of directors at a reasonable

amount for services rendered.
